Northbay Solutions began providing service throghout Northern California in early 1995. We first began by servicing a handful of customers, and over time our client base grew. After 10 years of providing service and speaking with our clients we began to realize that many of our clients had ongoing, unresolved, computer issues for quite some time, prior to them doing business with us. Many of them stressed that they had little or no faith in most computer shops due to the fact that many charge $70+ per hour, and often the user would go home to find their issues still existed. We assist you with your issues and help to keep your hard earned money where it belongs... IN YOUR POCKET.

Our $10 Tech technicians Have payed special attention to sale's representitives when going into stores. Quite frequently we have overheard sales people advising customers about what computer system they believed the customer should purchase. We Have never heard the salesperson ask the first question that someone truly looking out for their customer would ask, What do you anticipate you will be using the compter for? (i.e. word processing, internet, etc.) Our matto is Customer 1st, no exceptions.

We do not simply focus on the bottom line revenue. As a company we believe in morals, customer service, and a great value for our customer.
