$10 Tech proudly offers computer assistance at an affordable rate. However $10 Tech does not guarantee that all issues or tickets being submitted can be resolved. We offer computer assistance, suggestions, opinions, and advice that may or may not result in the users issue being resolved. We don't assume any responsibility for system issues including but not limited to ( viruses, hardware failure, system modifications made by user, spyware, file dammage, etc). Users make modifications or changes to their system at there own risk. Although $10 tech technicians are trained and experienced, we cannot determine stability of your computer system without being on site to evaluate.

$10 Tech does offer product purchasing assistance/opinions. Although we offer our assistance / opinion, we ask that our customers do their research before purchasing any products or hardware. We do not assume any responsibility for any purchases made by our customer whether hardware, software, or any other item we may speak of when providing customers with our opinion. We do not assume any responsibility for product malfunction, loss of wages due to lack of productivity, data loss, or any other issues that may result due to product purchases.
